원자력 발전, 원자력 발전 단점, Nuclear power generation, nuclear power generation disadvantages

 

  1. 방사성 폐기물 처분에 많은 비용이 들어 간다.
  2. 수명을 다한 원자로의 폐기에 많은 비용이 들어간다.
  3. 안전성에 대한 문제가 있다. (방사능 누출)
        - 원자력 발전에 대해 반대하는 대부분의 사람들은 막연한 불안감 때문에 반대를 한다고 하는데요, 
          실제 우리나라 원자력 발전의 다른나라의 경제력이 기여하는 수준으로, 원자력 기술은 세계에서
          인정받을 정도로 훌륭하기 때문에 생각과 달리 매우 안전하게 설계되어있다고 합니다. 
          하지만 모두가 알고 있듯이 원자력 발전소에서 방사능이 유출되는 사고가 발생하게 되면 그 피해는
          걷잡을수 없을 정도로 무섭습니다. 대표적인 예로 일본의 후쿠시마 원전사고, 미국 쓰리마일 섬,
         독일의 체르노빌사고를 예로 들 수 있습니다.
   4. 초기 건설비용이 많이 든다.
       - 모든 에너지 발전이 그렇듯 원자력 발전의 건설비용 또한 많이 든다고 하는데요.
       우리나라 원자력 발전소인 신고리 3,4호기의 건설비용이 5조 7000억원으로 추산되었다고 합니다.

3. There is a safety issue. (Radioactive leak)
    - Most people who oppose nuclear power say they oppose it because of vague anxiety,
      In fact, the economic power of other countries contributes to Korea's nuclear power generation
      It is said to be designed to be very safe, contrary to what you think, because it is so good that it is   recognized.       
      But, as everyone knows, if there's a radioactive leak from a nuclear power plant, the damage will be done
      It is so scary that it can't be controlled. For example, the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan, the Three  Mile Island in the U.S., Take the Chernobyl accident in Germany.
4. The initial construction cost is high.
- Like all energy generation, the construction cost of nuclear power generation is also high.
It is said that the construction cost of Shin-Kori units 3 and 4, Korea's nuclear power plant, is estimated at 5.7 trillion won.
