미국 헬스케어 회사 애보트는 버티컬 AI를 활용해 실시간으로 환자 건강을 분석하는 기술을 소개했다. 분석된 정보는 데이터 분석 플랫폼 ‘링고’를 통해 스마트폰으로 실시간 확인할 수 있다. 이날 전시관에서 애보트 직원들은 팔에 당뇨 측정을 위한 웨어러블 센서를 부착하고 있었다. 측정 정보는 링고로 전송돼 다른 건강 정보들과 함께 확인할 수 있다. 애보트 직원은 링고를 통해 수면과 스트레스 등 다양한 것을 추적할 수 있다고 설명했다. 링고는 올해 CES에서 혁신상을 받았다.
프랑스 의료 기술 회사인 위딩스(Withings)가 선보인 옴니아(Omnia)도 관람객의 눈길을 끌었다. 스마트 거울 앞에 서면 각종 건강 지표 측정해 표시해준다. 내장지방을 비롯해 영양, 심장건강, 산소포화도, 혈압 등을 확인해주는 스마트 거울이다. 의사와 원격 진료를 가능하게 하는 미래까지 예측했다.
Abbott, a U.S. healthcare company, introduced a technology that analyzes a patient's health in real time using vertical AI. The analyzed information can be verified in real time with a smartphone through the data analysis platform "Ringo." Abbott's staff was wearing a wearable sensor for diabetes measurement on their arms at the exhibition hall. The measurement information is sent to the Ringo so that they can check along with other health information. The staff explained that Ringo can track a variety of things including sleep and stress. Ringo received the Innovation Award at this year's CES.
Omnia, introduced by Withings, a French medical technology company, also drew attention. When the camera stands in front of a smart mirror, it measures and displays various health indicators. It is a smart mirror that checks visceral fat, nutrition, heart health, oxygen saturation and blood pressure. The mirror also predicts the future of enabling telemedicine with doctors.
